Homeschool Adventures: “Abraham Lincoln”
Wednesday, February 3, for children, ages 5-12, with an adult
1:00-3:00pm • $3 per child for non-members, $2 for members
In 1861, a prominent attorney and legislator from Springfield, Illinois, became the United
States’ 16th president. During his term as president, Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation
Proclamation, which freed the slaves. We will create a log cabin with Popsicle sticks in his honor.
